General 

Zutori AB (556906-6078) includes only agreement with customer over 18 years old. If the person is underage guardian permission is required.

Agreement includes when customer send an order to the shopping cart. Value added tax 25 % is included in the price.

We reserve the right to correct obvious errors, for instance in pricing, or misprints afterwards. If the customer is not happy with our correction the person is allowed to decline the order with no charge. We reserve the right to cancel orders if the product is sold out, and under technical issues.

Customer can demand and make changes on orders before they have been shipped.

You will added as a subscriber to our newsletter when sending an order. You may cancel the subscription at any time.

All products remains Zutori AB’s property until full payment has been made.

Zutori has the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.

Duties & Taxes

Regarding outside of Europe.

Please note: the prices we quote do not include any import/customs duties and tax charges applicable to your order.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS AND/OR DUTIES & TAXES APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER.

You are personally responsible for paying these fees upon receipt or delivery of the order.

Please check with your local Customs Department for more detailed information on how to estimate these additional charges.

Rights of Withdrawal 

You have full withdrawal (returns and right to exchange) within 14 days after receiving the product. On a return of a product that is dealt in a bigger extent than what have been necessary to determine the products attributes and function, and replaces the possibility of value decrease that has occurred. The withdrawal can be used when returning the product together with all the labels and original packaging that follows along with the product. You are of course allowed to try on the product to see if it fits you.

Return 

You can return your products to Zutori AB with no charge within 14 days, and receive your money back if you change your mind. Use our prepaid return-shipping bill that is attached in your consignment. You can choose to change a product or receive full refund. All products that are sent back have to be carefully packaged to avoid any damage on the product. It is you that are responsible for the risk of the transportation back to Zutori AB.

Exchange 

The return freight is free if the prepaid return-shipping bill that is attached is used. An exchange means that for every returned product you’re choosing to purchase a new product, or select another one whereas the difference in pricing is refunded.

Reclaim

If you reclaim your product because of any damage or misproduction we will do a manual assessment, and possibly demand to have the product sent back if needed. First commitment under a reclaim is to correct the error. If this cannot be made and the reclaim is approved Zutori AB will refund you with a new product. If we are not able to refund you with the same model you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase and get the money refunded. It may take up to 14 days for a return to be received and processed. Zutori will refund any payments the customer or its pay- or credit card company has made with regard to the order.

Assortment

Zutori AB reserve the right to make changes in the collections, and has the right to remove products from the assortment before a purchase has gone through. Zutori AB reserves for possible misprints in texts on the website. We do not give any guaranties that all pictures will give the exact appearance of the products. Zutori AB reserves the right to adjust prices and any price errors.

Force majeure 

Zutori AB is free from penalty for failure to fulfill certain obligation according to the agreement. Zutori is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond Zutoris control, e.g. acts of war, fire, lightning, sabotage, technical problems, defects in power-/tele-/computer communication and other disasters. Force majeure include governmental decisions that impact the market, or products negatively, e.g. restrictions in indications, warnings, sales ban, abnormal decline in the market, and if the company is exposed by criminal, or terror acts.

Dispute 

Complaint or comments regarding Zutori AB’s services or products should notify Zutori AB’s customer service through e-mail at info@zutori.com. If the customer is not happy with how Zutori manages the errand the customer is welcome to turn to its local consumer organization, or consumer agency. We always follow the consumer agency’s recommendations.
